Welcome! I am a postdoctoral fellow at Youth-Nex, the University of Virginia’s Center to Promote Effective Youth Development. My dissertation, completed at the Graduate Center, CUNY, focused on adolescent and emerging adulthood identity development in the context of a teen-theatre sex-education program. At UVa I am working on understanding adolescents in the context of out-of-school programs, developing community-based research projects, and researching youth-adult partnerships.
When I’m not working on those things I am usually working on some sort of DIY/craft/hobby of the sewing/brewing/knitting variety. Please check out my scholarship, blog and etsy shop and feel free to email!
